What if I do not like the product I ordered and received?
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the items you received, you can return them within 14 working days from the day of receipt.
In no case can a product that is not in its original condition be accepted.
The product must have all its labels, its packaging must not have been damaged.
It must be returned with all the documents that accompanied it such as e.g. the retail receipt, the delivery note, etc.
Seasonal products and offer products are not accepted.
Procedure
Just contact us, to let us know that you wish to return your order, and to clarify the details of the return.
Then pack the product so that it is protected during shipment. In case the product has a defect or an error has been made in your order, send the parcel by ELTA courier at the recipient’s expense, to the attention of the Returns Department.
Otherwise you can use any agency you wish at your own expense or the ELTA courier with the charge of the return cost as below.
What is the cost of returning products?
The return costs are charged by the company only in case of our mistake or defective product.
In any other case the costs are borne by the customer.
How long will my refund take?
The return process has an average duration of 5 working days.
